B&R Laser Engraving LLC makes and prepares orders in West Virginia. Many of our products are handmade or made to order, so processing time is separate from carrier transit time.
Processing times
Most made-to-order products are prepared within approximately 5–10 business days unless a different production estimate is shown on the product page. Larger, highly customized, or specialty products may require additional time. When a product page lists its own production time, that estimate takes priority.
Shipping rates and delivery
Available shipping methods, destinations, and charges are shown at checkout based on the items in your order and the delivery address. Carrier delivery estimates begin after the order ships and are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates.
When tracking is available, tracking information will be sent after the order has shipped. Carrier delays caused by weather, holidays, service disruptions, or other circumstances outside our control can affect delivery time.
Shipping addresses
Please verify your shipping address before completing checkout. Contact us as soon as possible if an address needs to be corrected. We cannot guarantee address changes after an order has entered production or has been shipped. Customers may be responsible for additional shipping charges when a package is returned or rerouted because an incorrect address was provided.
Lost or damaged packages
If your package appears lost, arrives damaged, or has another delivery problem, contact us promptly with your order number and relevant details. For damaged shipments, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging. We will help review the situation and work with the carrier when appropriate.
Local pickup
If local pickup is offered for your order, it will be displayed as an option at checkout. Pickup instructions will be provided after the order is ready.
