These Terms of Service apply to purchases from and use of the B&R Laser Engraving LLC online store. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these terms and to the policies posted on the store.

Products and handmade variations

We make reasonable efforts to describe and photograph products accurately. Because many products are handmade and use natural materials, wood grain, color, knots, engraving tone, burn patterns, and finish may vary from photographs. Display colors can also vary by device.

Custom and personalized orders

Customers are responsible for providing accurate names, dates, spelling, wording, sizes, and other personalization details. When a proof or approval is requested, production may begin after approval. Please review all submitted information carefully. Changes requested after production begins may not be possible and may require an additional charge.

Customer-supplied artwork and content

If you submit a logo, image, design, wording, or other content for a custom order, you represent that you own it or have permission to use it for the requested purpose. B&R Laser Engraving LLC may decline content that we reasonably believe is unlawful, infringing, unsafe, or otherwise inappropriate for production.

Orders, pricing, and payment

Prices and product availability may change without notice. Payment is due through the payment methods offered at checkout. We may refuse or cancel an order when necessary, including for obvious pricing errors, suspected fraud, unavailable materials, production limitations, or content we cannot legally or reasonably produce. If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the appropriate amount will be refunded.

Shipping, returns, and refunds

Shipping, cancellations, returns, and refunds are governed by the Shipping Policy and Refund & Return Policy posted on this store. Those policies form part of these Terms.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, store graphics, photographs, original designs, written content, branding, and other materials created by B&R Laser Engraving LLC are owned by or licensed to B&R Laser Engraving LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without permission.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the store, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with store operation, submit fraudulent orders, or use the store in violation of applicable law.

Disclaimer and limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, B&R Laser Engraving LLC is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the store or products. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of West Virginia and applicable United States law, without limiting any mandatory rights available to consumers under applicable law.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on the store at the time of your order will apply to that order unless applicable law requires otherwise.
